I chose this hotel for a work conference because it offers great service and is located in a peaceful area surrounded by rice fields. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable.
The unreliable water pressure, which made it a bit challenging to work efficiently.

I absolutely adored the charming decoration of the hotel, with its traditional Balinese touches and serene atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a peaceful refuge for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easy access to all areas, including the common spaces and my villa.
The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is to have staff who are more attentive to our specific needs and concerns. It would have been helpful if they took the initiative to provide extra towels or assistance without us having to ask, as sometimes navigating through a foreign environment can be challenging for us.

Clean rooms - great room size, and beautiful green plantation. Close enough to the city for a quick ride into town. Motorbike rental is cheap. Lovely and peaceful setting with friendly and attentive staff. Driving around Ubud and exploring the area is a must-do. Stunning and well-maintained gardens around the resort. Inclusive breakfast is delightful and the banana juice is a favorite.
Recommend.

The place is quiet, the staff is polite, and breakfast is included. The view of the surroundings is strikingly beautiful with the rice fields visible from the room's balcony. The room is spacious and is equipped with a comfortable bed and functional furniture.
The cleanliness is subpar with dusty surfaces and uncleaned bathrooms.
